Illinois based Joy Neighbors one of the founders of Purgatory Cellars/White Owl Winery will be speaking in a plenary session at the Wine Pleasures Wine Tourism Conference on at 16.30 on Tuesday 2nd February 2010. Her talk is titled:
“ Add impact to your wine marketing at little or no cost! Become media savvy in getting the word out to your customers”.
Wineries and wine tourism providers with little or no social media know-how and/ or experience are invited to attend. Joy in her talk abstract tells us:
“Let the media and your customers know you’re in business. Ratchet up your exposure and your bottom line at little or no cost! Learn what the five necessary elements are that the media wants toknow. Joy has been on both sides of this fence. She’ll tell you what they want and how they want it. She’ll explain why the media works with some and ignores others. And she’ll show you what customers respond to and how to take your new exposure international”.
