The Event

Renowned as the most important event for international wine importers, premium agents, boutique wine producers from France,  Portugal and Spain, the Wine Pleasures Workshop Buyer meets Celler in Spain is the  most comprehensive international wine export-focussed workshop event of its kind.

In its 18th year, the 2018 Workshop hosted 45 buyers from 16 countries , the most ever at the event. International wine importers had the opportunity to meet top quality wine producers from several diverse regions in France, Portugal & Spain. In total, 570 pre-scheduled business meetings were held, with breaks, lunches and dinners allowing participants to conduct further discussions and develop business relationships.

The Workshop is the most efficient and cost-effective way to meet a select number of top international boutique wine importers face-to-face and in one convenient location. For 2019 edition and based on buyer feedback we are opening up the event to boutique wine producers from not only the Old World but also the New, a decision that has been well received by importers already registered to attend the event.

The Venue

The 2019 edition of the workshop will be held once again in the Hotel Barcelona Golf, La Beguda Baixa close to Barcelona International Airport. The hotel affords impressive views of the Montserrat Mountain and the Masia Bach Golf course.
