Casa Vlăsia, located just 30 mins from the Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport offers an elegant yet relaxed environment perfectly suited for the Wine Pleasures B2B Workshop. Surrounded by gentle hills, forests, and vineyards, the property combines rustic charm with modern amenities, creating an ideal atmosphere for productive meeting between wine importers and boutique wine producers.

Producer Programme

Monday 20 April Arrival day and event set up.

  • Scheduled transfer from Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport to the event venue (if required).
  • Registration and time to store wines and set up meeting table.
  • Free pour walk around wine tasting for buyers.
  • Available to address importer questions and accept new meeting requests.
  • Dinner where buyers and producers match wines at the even t venue.

Tuesday 21 April: Full day of B2B meetings.

  • Breakfast followed by meeting table set up.
  • One-to-one meetings with buyers as per the schedule.
  • Lunch where buyers and producers match wines.
  • Free time to relax or schedule extra meetings.
  • More one-to-one meetings with buyers, with the option to work overtime.
  • Dinner where buyers and producers match wines at the Hotel Restaurant.

Wednesday 22 April: Half day of B2B meetings

  • Breakfast followed by meeting table set up.
  • One-to-one meetings with buyers as per the schedule.
  • Lunch and end of in-person B2B Workshop.
  • Transfer to Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport at 14.30.

Attendance Options

  1. Exclusive Workshop table: EARLY BIRD RATE €1350 (includes access to an online diary system, meeting table, participation in the wine tasting, wine storage, lunches, glassware, and airport transfers). EARLY BIRD RATE ends 31 December 2025.
  2. Shared Workshop table: €995 per producer (max 2 perC table) (includes access to an online shared diary system, participation in the wine tasting, shared meeting table, shared accommodation, wine storage, lunch, glassware, and airport transfers).
  3. One-day attendance option: €1150  (includes access to an online diary system, meeting table for Tuesday 21 April only, wine storage, lunch, and glassware).
  4. Half-day attendance option: €550 (includes access to an online diary system, meeting table for Wednesday 22 April only, wine storage, lunch, and glassware).
  5. Exclusive Workshop table with accommodation (Double bed, single use) 2 nights full board: €1695

Producers holding a valid EU VAT number are exempt from paying the 21% VAT on the prices listed above. Spanish-registered producers, however, must include VAT in the applicable rates.

Tuesday 21 April – Full day of B2B meetings

10.00 – 13.00 One to one meetings with producers as per meeting schedule set prior to the event
13.30 – 15.00 Buyers and producers match wines over lunch
15.00 – 16.00 Free time to relax
16.00 – 19.00 One to one meetings with producers as per meeting schedule. Opportunity to work overtime up to dinner!
20.30 – 22.00 Buyers and producers match wines over dinner at the event venue

Wednesday 22 April Half day of meetings and departure

Thursday 23 April –  Full day winery visit programme for those buyers who chose this option.

Friday 24 April – Transfer to Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport for buyers attending the post event winery visit programme.

Registration

The only *cost to you is the Registration fee of €135 which is payable if and when your application is approved. This amount is refundable if you make a purchase order within 6 months of event completion with one or more producers met at the event.

The registration fee for those importers wishing to stay on two extra days (and nights) for the post event winery visit programme  is €650
