With the current and future restrictions on travel and the cancellation and/or postponement of the large wine trade fairs it’s time for wine producers and wine importers to think about doing business differently.

Well known for our 20 year history of organising Wine Pleasures B2B Workshops in Italy and Spain we have now adapted our B2B events for the wine import-export industry and we are pleased to announce our new online wine trade event: Wine Pleasures B2B Workshop Global

How does it work?

Wine Pleasures B2B Workshop Global is a 3 day online event for both New and Old World wine producers to meet with wine importers, distributors and the on and off trade looking to source new wines. The programme consists of an online B2B meetings meeting tool “My Wine Pleasures” which enables you to schedule meetings with wine importers with active sales channels and actively looking to source new wines. With the absence of In person trade events the Wine Pleasures B2B Workshop Global puts you quickly in contact with buyers with current and/or near future demand.


The event is run over 3 days. Each day targets different global markets as follows:

Day 1 Monday 28 September – Asia and Australasia

Day 2 Monday 5 October – The Americas (Canada, USA, Central & South America)

Day 3 Tuesday 6 October – Europe

A maximum of 30 wine producers participate on each day of the event. Only 2 wine producers are allowed from the same region/Appelation/DO.

A maximum of 30 wine importers in each market are carefully selected to attend as buyers.


  • Friday 18 September – The online meeting agenda “My Wine Pleasures” opens allowing you to update your profile ready for buyers to view
  • Monday 21 September – Webinar: Event briefing, event platform “My Wine Pleasures” demonstration and Q/A
  • Tuesday 22 September – The online diary “My Wine Pleasures” opens allowing you to request 8 meetings each day with buyers of your choice.
  • On the day – attend your 8 meetings through the platform My Wine Pleasures as per schedule.


Options and pricing are as follows:

  • The Americas (Canada, USA, Central & South America) 650 per winery
  • Europe 650 per winery
  • Asia and Australasia 750 per winery
  • Global 1350 per winery Best value! Includes attendance for all 3 days.
