Well known for our 20 year history of organising Wine Pleasures B2B Workshops in Italy and Spain we have now adapted our B2B events for the wine import-export industry and we are pleased to announce one of our new online wine trade events: Wine Pleasures B2B Workshop Asia

How does it work?

Wine Pleasures B2B Workshop Asia, an online event pairs up wine producers from mostly Europe with international importers and distributors and the on and off trade in Asian countries looking to source new wines. The programme consists of an online B2B meeting platform “My Wine Pleasures” which enables producers over 3 days to conduct meetings with wine importers with active sales channels and actively looking to source new wines. With the absence of In person trade events the Wine Pleasures B2B Workshop Asia puts both producers and importers quickly in contact.


  • Asia: €900 per winery

Registration fee includes:

  • Bespoke event platform for up to two company attendees at the same meeting accessible from different locations
  • Tailor made meeting schedule consisting of *5 guaranteed meetings
  • One to one meeting platform to stream from anywhere and which is device agnostic:  desktop, laptop, tablet or phone – all supported! 
  • Powerpoint and Keynote slides are the holy grail of presentations. With our bespoke platfrom, we will import your presentation file so you can run it seamlessly in High Definition. Easily scroll forwards or backward through your presentation with ease.
  • Live chat and sticky announcements to spell out those difficult words, emails etc
  • Moderated meetings to provide assistance if required and to offer translation for non Englsih speaking buyers
  • Technical training and support throughout

* meeting requests are buyer driven. Producers refusing meetings for whatever reason may receive fewer meetings than 5

Programme B2B Asia

Tuesday 15 – Thursday 17 June

  • Monday 7 June. Buyers are provided with detailed producer profiles and make a selection of producers they would like to meet. Producers are also provided with a list of importers-distributors in order to request appointments.
  • Friday 11 June. Wine Pleasures prepares a personalised meeting agenda for each buyer/producer with a guarantee of meetings
  • Monday 14 June. Finalised meeting agendas are sent.
  • Tuesday 15 to Thursday 17 June. Meetings as per agenda between 08.00 and 11.30 CEST
