We’re putting on a wide selection of interactive sessions to attend over 3 days from 26 to 28 May, focusing on delivering you the great insights you need to grow in the wine industry and to ensure you thrive now and in the future.

13.05 – 14. 00 Seminar: Amarone della Valpolicella & Wines of scenic Lake Garda. Speaker: Giampiero Nadali
When it comes to Valpolicella wines, it’s not easy to get to its roots.Like it or not, you drink mostly big wine brands. Now it’s time to focus on the origins of Valpolicella wines… because origin makes a great difference, here in Valpolicella. We contributed to develop a focus on different areas of Valpolicella, based on traditional and new territories. And a concept guide to different styles that reflect grape origin and winemaker approaches. And it’s not only about Amarone and Ripasso: a new wave of Valpolicella Superiore wines opens new scenarios to new consumers and markets, pointing Valpolicella to face great read wines of the world.

Session 3

15.30 – 16.00 Seminar: International Grape Varieties in the different areas of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Speaker Matteo Bellotto
The international varieties, known worldwide can become with the FVG soils, something “native” ’cause of the history (most of these varieties are planted here since 150 years) and because of the tasting espressions. Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, but even Merlot, Cabernet and Pinot Noir can easily be recommended and be together the most important world expressions of the same wines. The bond with the earth and with the people will be always underlined.
