Wine Pleasures B2B meetings move from virtual to hybrid from 2 – 4 May 2022. This means it’s back to business almost as normal. Boutique wine producers and international wine importers with active sales channels looking to source new wines can meet face to face at the Wine Pleasures B2B and those wine importers unable attend due to continued travel restrictions can be meet producers virtually from the comfort of their home/office during the 3 day event.
How will it work exactly?
Thanks to our bespoke online B2B diary platform “My Wine Pleasures” both producers and wine importers , distributors and the on trade (from Asia, Australasia, Europe and The Americas) can schedule meetings in advance of the event.
Participation In Person
Producers attending in person will be able to schedule up to 20 meetings with wine importers at the event venue. Additional meetings and tastings can happen over lunches and dinners and in the free time slots.
Participation Online
For those producers not wishing or not able to attend the B2B in person have the option to attend online and schedule up to 6 meetings with buyers at the event. Producers choosing this attendance option would send samples of their wines for all of the buyers to taste. Buyers would then request an online meeting with producers during the 3 day event.
Venue
The Wine Pleasures B2B Workshop will take place in the Park Hotel Ca’ Nöa Brescia close to Milan and Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport . This hotel affords a perfect and safe from Covid setting for the Wine Pleasures Workshop event.

15.00 – 18.00 Registration and time to store wines and set up meeting table for evening tasting. Time for online

Exclusive Workshop table: Just €1695 + VAT if applicable and includes:
- Access and use of an online diary system prior to the event for both in person and virtual meetings
- Meeting table for B2B in person meetings for the duration of the event & own bedroom for virtual meetings
- Wine storage and access to fridges, ice buckets and ice
- 2 nights accommodation at the Park Hotel Ca’ Nöa Brescia with breakfast
- Lunch 3 & 4 May and dinner 2 & 3 May in the venue hotel

Friday 6 May – Transfer to Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport for buyers attending the post event winery visit programme.
Registration
If attending the in person event the only cost to you is the Registration fee of €125 Euros which is payable if and when your application is approved. Virtual attendance has no cost for accepted buyers.
The registration fee for those importers wishing to stay on two extra days for the post event winery visit programme is €450
