Reverse Trade Mission to Spain

Reverse Trade Mission to Spain For Wine Importers, Distributors, Retailers & The On-Trade
23 – 28 February 2011

The Trade Mission

The Wine Pleasures Reverse Trade Mission allows wine importers interested in doing business with Portuguese and Spanish Wineries (and for the first time from Languedoc – Roussillon – Sud de France) to participate in a workshop and tour 6 different  wine producing regions, taste the wines and meet the winery owner and winemaker. The reverse mission differs greatly from a foreign trade mission in that the delegation arriving from a foreign country will have expectations of their own while in Spain. Visiting delegates have the opportunity to become more familiar with Iberian wines while seeking counterparts. A workshop is scheduled to allow for business meetings followed by a winery region visit programme for informal contact and familiarization.
