    1. GENERAL By completing and submitting the Buyer Application form, the Buyer understands that their registration must be confirmed, in writing by Wine Pleasures, before participation is allowed. Buyers are only guaranteed a place when the non refundable Registration fee of 65 Euros per person (175 Euros if registering to attend the Reverse Trade Mission) is received. 2. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE Wine Pleasures or the hosting function hotel are not liable for any claim of theft, damage of property, or injury sustained while participation takes place. In the event of cancellation of the programme, or any part thereof, due to civil discord, terrorism, military action or natural events occurring without fault on the part of Wine Pleasures, there shall be no refund of fees paid nor refund of travel costs or expense already incurred in conjunction with your registration in the event. The Buyer is responsible for all travel arrangements and costs incurred but will be reimbursed flight costs upon presentation of an invoice once the event has finished. The maximum amounts payable are as follows: Canada, USA, Central & South America: up to 400 Euros Asia, Australia & Nz: up to 500 Euros Europe: up to 150 Euros. It is the Buyer's responsibility to secure and pay any fees in relation to a visa for the country where the Workshop is taking place. 3. PARTICIPATION The Buyer understands that their presence is required throughout the duration of the workshop. The Buyer shall not take part in non-Wine Pleasures functions which would preclude their attendance at all published and scheduled Wine Pleasures activities. The Buyer shall also not participate in winery visits or FAM trips sponsored and supported by companies and organisations not actively participating in the Wine Pleasures event. No family members, friends or business partners of the Buyer who are not officially registered shall be admitted to the Workshop unless previously agreed in writing prior to the workshop. The buyer agrees to have secured a minimum of 12 appointments prior to the event taking place. If a significant number of scheduled appointments are missed, the buyer will be fully and solely responsible for all flight and hotel accommodation charges. 4. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION Wine Pleasures reserves the right to accommodate buyers at the host hotels for a maximum of 2 nights (or 5 in the case of attending the winery visit programme) and will sponsor meals throughout the event as listed in the event programme. Wine Pleasures requires a current credit card to guarantee the accommodation booking. Any miscellaneous charges (extra night(s), room service, telephone calls, business centre services, etc.) incurred during the Buyer's stay will be at their own expense. A minimum charge of one night accommodation will be applied to any Buyer who does not arrive on the given day 1, without 24 hours prior notice of delay or change to Wine Pleasures from the Buyer. 5. CONCLUDING PROVISION Wine Pleasures shall have full power to interpret and amend the above mentioned terms & conditions which in its discretion shall be in the best interest of the Workshop. The Buyer understands that the information contained in the Workshop material constitutes part of the registration contract, and agrees to conform to all terms & conditions. Should a Buyer fail to comply to Wine Pleasure's terms & conditions in conjunction with participation in a Wine Pleasures Workshop, the buyer will be denied any further participation in any Wine Pleasures hosted events. Any misconduct will also incur that the Buyer will be denied any further participation in any Wine Pleasures hosted events.

Esta solicitud, firmada y sellada, implica la aceptar las condiciones de participación. Tarifas 1. Derechos de inscripción 1ª persona La cuota de inscripción es de 963 Euros (+ 18% IVA) para la primera persona hasta el 31.08.2011 y de 1059 Euros a partir del 01.09.11 e incluye inserción el Worshop handbook, una mesa de reunión y 3 sillas, rótulo identificador, transporte desde el aeropuerto de Barcelona según horario establecido y almuerzos de trabajo según programa. 2. Derechos de inscripción 2ª persona (mesa de trabajo adicional) La cuota de inscripción es de 467 Euros (+ 18% IVA). 3. Derechos de inscripción 2ª persona (sin mesa de trabajo adicional) La cuota de inscripción es de 95 Euros (+ 18% IVA) Forma de pago Los pagos por la participación en el Workshop serán en las fechas y cantidades que seguidamente detallan: 50% en el momento de la inscripción. Los abonos se realizarán mediante: · Transferencia bancaria a favor de Wine Pleasures a la siguiente entidad bancaria: Caixa Penedès 2081 0077 00 3300005074 · Cheque nominativo 50% (resto) antes del 1 de enero 2012. Las bodegas que, por cualquier causa renuncien a participar en el Workshop, deberán comunicarlo por escrito dicha renuncia a Wine Pleasures, con la consecuente pérdida de las cantidades abonadas hasta la fecha. Publicidad en Workshop Los productos de exposición así como los impresos y material publicitario sólo se podrán presentar en la mesa de trabajo y en el espacio adjudicado para la cata de los vinos. Su repartición en los demás zonas del hotel está prohibido. Listados de los compradores inscritos en el Workshop Los listados y los perfiles de los compradores recibidos antes de la celebración del workshop son para el uso exclusivo de la bodega antes, durante y después del workshop. La bodega en ningún caso ceder esta información a terceros. Disposiciones adicionales Causas de fuerza mayor Wine Pleasures se reserva el derecho de poder reducir o ampliar la duración del Workshop, así como aplazar su celebración, siempre que circunstancias especiales así lo aconsejan o causas de fuerza mayor lo exijan. Tales circunstancias no serán motivo suficiente para los participantes rescindan su contrato ni para exigir cualquier tipo de compensación, en concepto de daños y perjuicios. Pliego Contractual Todos los participantes por el simple hecho de firmar la hoja de participación en el Workshop, aceptan las presentes Normas de Participación. Las presentes normas se constituyen en pliego de condiciones de contratación. Competencia Para todas las obligaciones recíprocas, el lugar de ejecución y Tribunal competente, es el Tribunal de Justicia de Barcelona. Protección de datos En cumplimiento del Art. 5 de la L.O. de protección de Datos de Carácter Personal 15/1999, se le comunica que sus datos personales serán introducidos en un fichero con la finalidad de prestarle el servicio, realizar un seguimiento y enviarle información sobre nuestros productos/servicios.
